Brief Answer:
Highly unlikely transmission of HIV by this way.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.

I have read your query and understand the concern about risk of HIV transmission which is highly unlikely by this way as narrated by you.

Here,I would like to tell you that HIV infection occurs only when mucosa linings in the vagina, penis or rectum come in DIRECT contact with blood or bodily fluids such as semen, vaginal fluid and rectal fluid that can contain HIV virus.

Here in your case, if there was no cut or scratch or even bruise on your penile skin, then you need not to worry about HIV infection.

Means HIV virus can not get entry from the intact skin irrespective of her menstrual blood touched your penis or touched to her vagina wearing napkin, underwear and lagging containing menstrual blood.

There is almost NO risk of HIV transmission untill your penis skin is intact (no cut, scratch or even bruise) and there is NO penetrative sex into her vagina.

So,in my opinion there is NO need of any HIV testing.Do not worry.

I insert my penis between her thighs and do some activity for 1 minute but i am not ejaculate my semen, but i have some itching of my penis head outer skin after done this(but i didn't see any bleeding) then endly she done hand shake.

If its possible the menstrual blood or vaginal fluid come and touch my penis through the three layer(Napkin, underware and leggin), the virus will transmit through cloths.

After done those things i got itching on my penis head outer skin,

Brief Answer:
Itching over head of penis could be allergic but unlikely due to HIV.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the quick reply.

As you have inserted penis between thigh and did not do penetrative sex then there is highly unlikely chances of contracting HIV.

Also you did not see any bleeding which confirms that you did not have any cut, scratch or even bruise on your penis skin.

It might be possible that her menstrual blood or vaginal fluid could come and touch your penis through those three layers (Napkin, underwear and leggins),but there is almost NO chances of getting entry of HIV virus though your intact penis skin, as I said earlier also.

In this scenario,I do not think there is anything to be concerned.

Itching over head of penis could be allergic for which you should wash penis skin with bath water and apply topical steroid for symptomatic relief but it is unlikely due to HIV.So do not worry.

Still,if you are worried and want to clear remaining doubt, you can go for HIV RNA testing after 25 days of exposure. Most probably it will come negative.

Hope this helps.
