Question: I want to know can you catch hiv or be exposed to hiv if you have a open wound or cut on your ear.an you wipe your bleeding wound or cut with a Kleenex that had infective blood on it?

Since the risk of transmission is very low by this method so stop worrying. But the risk is not negligible. So I would advise you testing after 2-3 weeks.
In case you know whose blood it was you can request that person to get HIV test done for your safety.
