I will put 2 scientific facts before you before answering your query.

1. The systemic absorption of Fusidic acid from skin or mucosa is not well established.

2. Fusidic acid doesn't fall into the category of antibiotics which definitely or probably cause hemolysis in g6pd deficiency.

I suggest you can safely use Fusidic acid.
