Question: can a neck epiduran affect thryoid levels. Throid gland was removed about 5 years ago.Patient had epidural injection on neck on 11/10/2014 and level on 10/30 /2014 was .44 . on 12-/28/2014 level is now .09.

Could a change in the manufacture of lenothyroxin account for the change in readings?

Refils were as follows 3-3-2014 Mylan was manufacture. On 5-27-2014,08/31/2014, and 11/24-2014 manufacture was Sandoz.

Though it is better to stick on a single brand, change in brand is unlikely to cause significant changes in bio availability or serum levels.
There is nothing to worry in this. Thyroxine demand is common to vary with time and just need regular follow up with dose adjustment accordingly.Also, the metabolic demand decrease as our age advances.
