Question: can i take enzoflam for sever earache and swelling of throat. I have started dosage of amox today and combiflam but combiflame is giving little relief.

1. Enzoflam contains diclofenac sodium 50 mg, paracetamol 500 mg, serratiopeptidase 15 mg. This is a combination of pain relievers and enzyme to cause healing.

2. Combiflam contains ibuprofen 400 mg, paracetamol 325 mg. This is a combination of pain relievers.

3. Amox is an antibiotic.

4. For severe ear pain and sore throat you can take enzoflam and it is better than combiflam.

5. Please take enzoflam 2 to 3 times a day after food because it can cause gastritis if taken on empty stomach. Amox should be taken as recommended by your doctor.
