Can Diphenhydramine, Lexapro, Ativan And Imodium Be Taken Together?

Question: 100mg of Diphenhydramine, 20mg of Lexapro, 1mg of Ativan and 6mg of Imodium. is it okay to take these together? I am a 30 year old male 5 foot 10 inches, 245lbs
