Brief Answer:
Change of drug should be under guidance of your treating doctor

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.
I believe that you are under treatment for cardiac ailment on the basis of your drug history.
Ecosprin is used to prevent an ischemic heart episode and clopitab is used to prevent clotting within blood vessels especially those of heart and brain.
The action of both the drugs is quite similar however, it is not advisable to change the drug without consultation with your treating physician.
Ecosprin causes internal bleeding as side effect especially when taken empty stomach.
I suggest you to consult your doctor at the earliest.
At the same time you may get your complete hemogram done to assess blood hemoglobin level since bleeding over a period of time can lead to anemia or low hemoglobin.

Thanks and take care
