Brief Answer:
it is not a contraindication

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Aneurysm is not considered a contraindication (reason it cannot be used) to cialis use.

Cialis is contraindicated (cannot be used), in some situations. These include : (1)use of an nitrates- if you are using an nitrates eg GTN, isosorbide dinitrate or mononitrate- then cialis or any similar medication, cannot be used

(2)previous allergic reaction to this medication

(3)use of medications called GC stimulators eg riociguat

Cialis and similar medications work by relaxing the blood vessels and therefore allowing more blood to get into the genitalia.
They do not affect the blood directly.
At the moment, no definite link has been established between cialis and aneurysms and it is not considered one of the reasons that it cannot be used.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
