Brief Answer:
should be ok, slight increased risk of common side effects

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

SHOULD BE OK, SLIGHT INCREASED CHANCE OF SIDE EFFECTS AND INCREASED EFFECT OF CIALIS

Grapefruit contains an ingredient that can affect the break down of many drugs including cialis.

It can cause the medication to build up and therefore increase the effect. This means that it would cause increased effect of cialis and increased risk of side effects ( most common ones-headache , nausea, flushing, muscle pain, indigestion)

A medical study done in 2003 (can provide name and summary), found that it can take a few days for a persons body to get rid of excess grapefruit if one glass of juice is used.

The 1/3 grapefruit should be less than a glass so should be eliminated faster.

If you have not experienced any effects by now, likely to be ok

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
