I recently heard about XXXXXXX Simpson's oil, Hemp Oil, CBD/ Cannabis oil. Could you please help me out more information with it.
1. Will it cure brain tumors
2. How effective would it be
3. Where can i buy it in XXXXXXX (is it legal). If its illegal, some of my friends are in australia can i get it regally from there

I am sorry to disappoint you, but these hemp oil/cannabis oil are not completely studied they gained fame because of a documentary and not as a result of true scientific study.
So, no medical doctor will advice you to take these to treat brain tumours until their efficacy and safety is proven beyond doubt.
As of now, their safety and efficacy is not yet proven so you can not buy them legally in XXXXXXX
I would advice you to consult a neurosurgeon and get the proper evidence treatment rather than falling for pseudoscience and untested claims made by ignorant people online.
If the tumour is benign, then the best treatment is simple excision, this will give the best results.
