Well there is no need for Allegra ( Unless you have any symptoms of Itching or cold ), Azax ( unless you have a bacterial Throat or Lung Infection ). If you have any of these symptoms then no harm in taking Azax or Allegra.

Calpol can be taken for the control of fever or body pain.
