Brief Answer:
Generally yes / not definitely and always

Detailed Answer:
Hi friend
Welcome to Health Care Magic

The question doesn't appear to be very clear.... I think you are asking whether angina can be diagnosed by ECG?
It is suggested by history… when typical, pain from the heart is oppressing, in central chest (and left), worse on effort, relieved by rest, may radiate to shoulders and arms, associated with sweating and so on.

ECG is simple and useful.
A negative one is reassuring, but cannot exclude completely / need to repeat after a few hours and do cardiac markers (enzymes), if in doubt
If routine ECG negative in an otherwise typical situation, one needs better to have a Treadmill Exercise Electrocardiogram (TMT)

Good luck
God bless you
