Question: hello
taking coreg,cozaar,spironolactone,and Lipitor.Can I take 400mg of advik twice a day for joint pain?

Hello,

advil can be taken with the drugs you've mentioned but there are some risks.
Advil may cause various problems including the following:
- worsening of hypertension
- renal damage particularly in dehydrated patients or patients with pre-existent renal damage.
- peptic ulcer, gastrointestinal bleeding
- allergic reactions

Taking 800mg per day is not a high dose and is probably safe for patients without chronic kidney disease.
