Body Dry Up At Waist, Legas And Coccyx, Problem After Ejaculation, Flexible Skin. How Can This Be Solved?

Question: Hi I have a really big problem after ejaculation. My body seems to dry up at my waist, legs and my coccyx area. My skin becomes so inflexible I cannot even sit. I have this for yeas but now its unbearable. Please help me

My flesh and skin. Everything becomes so dry it's so hard for me to sit. My back cannot bend it must stay straight otherwise I feel like bending a dry wood. The first few days after ejaculation I feel like burning in those areas but as the days go by the pain decreases but I am still not able to move or sit normally. Sometimes if I eat fatty stuff(pizza, chocolates, almond sugar sweets) I feel this getting better instantly but for a few days now I do not seem to be able to improve my situation.

I am so desperate. I ejaculated 2 times one after the other but the last time I had ejaculated was 2 weeks prior to that.

Hi,

I prefer more information in terms of tests. Let me give my suggestions with whatever available.

You might be having an inflammation of prostate which can cause pain after ejaculation. Infection of prostate is not unusual in young males, but sometimes this becomes chronic, and needs long term antibiotics. You will probably benefit from using a pill belonging to a class known as alpha-blocker, but assessment of the benefit can be done only we peruse the reports of the initial investigations.

You might have to get a few tests done, some of which are for a baseline ultrasound evaluation of bladder and prostate, the inflammation of any of which might cause you to have symptoms similar to what you are experiencing. A urine examination for pus cells also might be needed. A Uroflowmetry will help to know if your bladder outlet is obstructed. A trans-rectal ultrasound might need to be performed, but this should ideally be done after a per-rectal examination by a urologist.

Let me know how you are progressing.

Thank you so much for your answer. I will follow your advice and let you know of the outcome.

I am really bad psychologically because I am afraid I will be left impotent and you know what does this mean for a man. I have this for years and I couldn't find any help. I think I ended up at this stage because of serious leaking gut syndrome that destroyed my immune system. I read a book called "Invisible Illnesses" which describes many of my symptoms(chronic fatigue, dizziness, lack of concentration) but I haven't found anywhere something that describes a possible cause of the pain after ejaculation like you did.

A thing that makes me feel much better is ice bathing. I had it this morning on those areas and I felt so much better. I feel my skin becoming more and more flexible since that time. Whatever that is, it cant stand the cold.

If I have an infection which sounds very likely is it possible that I gave it to my wife? She has pains in her genitals very often(like burning).

Thank you again.

I will close the discussion and review after this is finished. I will review you as best as I can because you gave me an answer that sounds logical.

Hi,
Glad to know that I have been of help.
However, one feature that seems to be common to you and most other people with this complaint is the significant amount of psychological stress that you seem to be labouring under. We have seen many patients jump from one medication to another, one doctor to another, one pill to another with very little benefit. Some of them would have spent a considerable amount of resources and time and yet suffer quite badly. Quite a few of them would have undergone many unnecessary tests like cystoscopy, urodynamic evaluation and eventually find that most reports are normal.
There is an entity called CPPS ( Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome) which is often a sequel of prostatitis where the patients have complaints similar to what you have experienced. I doubt if you will be passing infection to your partner, but if both of you are having symptoms post - intercourse, then both of you might have to simultaneously take antibiotics together.
some people are advised long term analgesics for nerves e.g.Pregabalin, while some antidepresants are thought to be useful. Occasionally, Drugs like Baclofen are advised to help lower muscle spasms.
What you have said about ice baths is important. 'Sitz baths' involve asking a patient to lower their bottoms in a bathtub of lukewarm water to which a disinfectant or baking soda has been added and sit relaxed for 15-20 minutes.I think it would help in your case.
You can also try some relaxation techniques like Yoga or Tai-chi. The how and when will be up to you, but I am sure you will derive benefit.
please take care, and let me know if you have further questions.

I forgot to mention some important points:

1. I have lots of foam in my urine(more than a fresh poured beer) and this started after I changed my diet and became vegan. I mean I feel that my body is cleaning and everything goes well but as soon as I ejaculate these pains come back in a crazy amount.
2. I have penis curvatures not because of some Peyronie Disease but because my skin becomes inflexible around my waist, bladder, prostate, genitals area as I mentioned. My prostate seems a bit inflated constantly.
3. My skin also has a bad smell between my legs and testicles. My testicles skin feels a bit sticky sometimes.
4. Other symptoms that seem to support the fact that I have a chronic infection are the smelly skin behind my ears which stinks, the eczema I have between my eyebrows and the eczema I have on my fingers and hands in general. I don't even have finger prints on my fingers because of the eczema.

Hi,
Foam in urine could be due to presence of protein in urine. Large amounts of protein could be lost this way, and i suggest you upload a report of a complete urine examination as well as a 24 hour urine protein report.
You also might need to consult a dermatologist and nephrologist - a dermatologist to find out if you have some auto-immune diseases like scleroderma, SLE which can affect the kidneys, and a nephrologist if you are indeed losing protein from kidneys.
There are conditions called Naegeli's syndrome or dermatopathia pigmentosa reticularis which can cause loss of flexibility of skin, and in fact fingers are supposed to feel like porcelain. I am not saying you have it - I only am suggesting that there could be variants which are causing you to have the symptoms you have.
Please do get back if you have any queries. I would be quite happy to know how you are progressing.
