Brief Answer:
Could be Lumbar spondylosis

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX I am Dr Gopal Goel, Orthopedic Surgeon.
I have read the complaints.
This kind of Back pain , going to posterior thighs, normally occurs due to Lumbar Spondylosis with muscle spasm going to thigh.
I suggest X ray L S Spine.
Start Painkillers, muscle relaxants, Hot Fomentation and Local Analgesic cream.
Physiotherapy( IFT and Spinal Extension Exercises) goes a long way in relieving the pain and preventing recurrences
