Brief Answer:
Can be due to a nerve compression.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
I have gone through your query and understand your health concerns ,
The atrophy and weakness of the hand muscles is suggestive of a nerve related cause. There can be a mild nerve compression or irritation due to soft tissue selling even if MRI scan is normal. The cervical spine MRI also needs to be evaluated to find the cause.
You need to consult a neurologist and get a nerve conduction study done to find the area affected. Meanwhile taking methylcobalamin supplements and regular physiotherapy exercises can help.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
