Question: Ate some food (some peppery, and ithers had mayonnaise, burger) and since then have had my stomach making noises, restless leg syndrome, slight muscle aches and pains at feet, arms and hands, and general unwellness. I've done FBC, HbA1C , Kidney function and Urinalysis which all returned normal results. Appetite loss, and bloating is also occurs. My last BP check was 148/102 range, probably because i stopped my BP meds which i felt was a factor with the muscle pain as the stomach issue had been off and on, before the flsre up last week.

I recommend performing some tests:

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome to Ask a Doctor service!

I understand your concern and would explain that your actual blood pressure values are really high, which seems to contribute in your clinical situation.

For this reason, at fitting I would recommend starting as soon as possible anti hypertension therapy in order to help normalize your blood pressure values.

Regarding the stomach issue, it could be acid reflux, but I recommend performing a fibrogastroscopy to help exclude possible gastritis or ulcer which would need specific therapy. It is also advisable performing a stool analysis for parasites or helicobacter pylori.

In the meantime, I recommend taking an antiacid or PPI ( omeprazole, pantoprazole, etc.).

Regarding the muscle pain, I would recommend checking iron plasma levels, vitamin D and vitamin B12 plasma levels for possible deficiency.

You should discuss with your doctor on the above tests.

I hope you will find this information helpful!

I remain at your disposal in case of further questions whenever you need!

Kind regards,
