Hello,

I have gone through your query and I understand your concern..

As per your history you have sodas which comes under fizzy drinks.

I would like to tell you that,
Fizzy drinks and drinks with caffeine in (tea, coffee, hot chocolate, energy drinks and coke ) can make you more likely to wet the bed as well.

Few other Causes of adult bed-wetting may include:
A blockage (obstruction) in part of the urinary tract, such as from a bladder stone or kidney stone
Bladder problems, such as small capacity or overactive nerves
Diabetes
Enlarged prostate
Medication side effect
Neurological disorders
Urinary tract infection

To know the exact reason you need a detailed medical examination by physician.

Hope I have answered your query ,Let me know if I can assist you further .

Regards,
Dr Shyam Kale

Hello,

Thank you for reverting back..

Yes few times the fizzy drinks (soda water )may act as diuretic and increase your urine output hence resulting in bed wetting.

It may be one of the reason.

To prevent it I would suggest you to lower your soda intake, avoid fluids including water after 7 pm in evening, do physical exercise, practice kegal exercises to strengthen bladder and your lower abdominal muscles, practice yoga and meditation, it helps a lot.

Take care,

Hello,

Thank you for reverting back..

Kegel exercise is like pretending you have to urinate and then holding it. You relax and tighten the muscles that control urine flow. It is important to find the right muscles to tighten,Kindly do it under your physician guidance.
If you have no problem in sight then no need to worry, still if you face problems regarding loosened eyeball then kindly consult with an opthomologist.

Regarding the photo..it may be due to arthritis, Kindly get blood investigated for RA factor and also uric acid to rule out the cause.

Take care,
Regards,
Dr Shyam Kale
