Brief Answer:
To start another course

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

It may need sometimes more than one course to regularize the periods. I suggest you to restart the course again for 21 days and wait for 10 days thereafter, if the period starts, it is successful. If the periods do not start you may need to be evaluated with an ultrasound scan of the pelvis.

The scan may reveal the reason for not having the periods and help the doctor to plan suitable management.

Hope, I answered your query.

Wish you good health.

regards,
