Brief Answer:
You need further cardiac and neurological evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hi...
Welcome to 'Ask a Doctor' service.
I am Dr Ajeet XXXXXXX

I have gone through your query and here is my opinion.

You had a pretty long period of the unconscious which needs complete workup.

Usually, the causes of altered sensorium are hypoglycemia ( low blood sugar.), hypotension (low blood pressure), syncope, neurological disorders, seizures, and arrhythmias (problems with the heart's rhythm).

I hope that you have been evaluated for a suspected cardiac or brain pathology.
Kindly share your reports, especially ECG, Echo, and MRI Brain, if they have been procured.

Waiting for your revert.
Best regards

Thanks for sharing.
Almost all reports of your blood work are with in normal range.

You need to go for further evaluation
(Including ECG, Echo, and MRI Brain) and clinical examination.

At the moment,to minimize the risk of becoming unconscious or fainting, take some precautions.....

Avoid long periods of fasting.
Get your blood pressure checked intermittently.
Don't be sleep deprived.
Be well hydrated.
De stress yourself.
Avoid standing in one place for too long without moving.
Wear loos shoes.
Avoid going on heights, climbing too many stairs, swimming pools and dense traffic.
Avoid being alone.
If you feel like you are about to faint, lie down or sit with your head bent forward between your knees.

As soon as the Global COVID 19 scenario improves, visit your clinician for further evaluation and management.

Regards.
