Brief Answer:
Probably symptoms related to high blood pressure and high cholesterol.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Your symptoms can be related to high blood pressure and high cholesterol.
These diagnoses can cause narrowing of the arteries that deliver blood to your legs and cause leg ache, also, tingling sensation.
High blood pressure can also cause a feeling of lightheadedness.

So, I would suggest you:
- To measure regularly the blood pressure
- To review the medications that you are already taking for the blood pressure
- Take prescribed medications to lower total cholesterol levels like statins. You should consult your doctor about these medications
- Low sodium intake
- Low caffeine
- Exercise regularly

Hope my answer was helpful. If you have any other question I'll be glad to help.
