If the narrowing is less than 60% then medical therapy is advised. While if narrowing is >60% then treatment is surgery. To discuss both options you need consultation with a vascular surgeon. He will examine all your labs and may order some imaging like MR-Angiography to check the status. If cause is like atherosclerosis then some dietary modification is give.
