Question: is there any side effect of repeated ultrasounds on fetus during pregnancy.

First of all, i would like to tell you that ultrasound will not have any kind of side effects on fetus or not even on mother, as ultrasound is absolutely safe and it does not uses any kind of radiations.
According to both the reports, i should say that everything is absolutely normal and you won't require to any further investigations. Placenta is posterior, so no placenta previa, which if present would be a concern. Nuchal thickness is also normal. No any gross congenital anomalies are there.
