Question: I have autominnune hemolytic anemia. was recently diagnosed with sleep apnea. Any issues using a CPAP machine besides potential nosebleeds?

CPAP has nothing to do with autoimmune hemolytic anemia. It won't make it any worse (or better). CPAP may only cause local problems attributed to the pressure of the device on the face or the pressure of the air.
