Dear Dr. XXXXXXX

Many thanks. Any difficulties with the additional inclusion of Hydrocodone or Tramadol or Ibuprofen which I occasionally take for pain?

Brief Answer:
A few instructions

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again sir.

There should be no issues with ibuprofen at all; tramadol can contribute towards the lowering of blood pressure and so you will have to be careful while taking it, as you are already on blood pressure lowering medications and if your blood pressure is borderline-low because of the medications then the addition of tramadol can further lower it causing hypotension.

Hydrocodone should be taken when really necessary as it can influence the effect of a few other medications you are on, nothing serious though; but I would still suggest taking it only when really necessary.

Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am here to help.

Best wishes.
