Are The Appearance Of Two Freckles Near A Mole A Normal Occurrence?

Question: I have a mole on my arm, I've been out in the sun today with my arms exposed and one on of the moles it seems there has been two tiny freckles appear around it. I was wondering if this was a normal occurance. Thank you.

They are also looking normal.
