Question: I am having problems with my lips and it it keeping me from having a normal.smile like I have a crooked smile or my lips or droopy like my lips are big and stick out sometimes they look swollen

I carefully read your question and looked at the report (picture) uploaded.

By what i am able to see from the picture, there is no asymmetry of the lips, no redness or lesions there. All looks normal.
Do you have a lump or something that has grown recently in your lips?

Every one has a certain shape of all the parts of the body and this is the case with you. This is a normal shape of the lips you are having and there is no medically wrong with it.
