Brief Answer:
suggestive of demyelinating condition, needs to be investigated for confirmation

Detailed Answer:
dear,
Welcome to HCM.
I can understand the stress you must be through.
The complaints your son appears to present is suggestive of Ataxia, a gait problem. MS can present with varied neurological symptom or sign; visual, motor, and sensory problems being the most common. Symptoms such as stiffness, muscle spasms, difficulties in coordinations and gait, speech and swallowing problems, tingling sensations, etc are common.
Any infections or stress may precipitate or aggravate the condition.
However, these symptoms can present in other demyelinating disorders as well.
One will need to consider immunological marker screening tools and imaging techniques for confirmation of the diagnosis.
my suggestions for you
1) The doctor has taken the sample of cerebrospinal fluid to check for antibodies markers for autoimmune condition.
2) MRI brain can be considered to check any involvement of brain. Discuss with your treating doctor.
3) a Regular followup will be required to be maintained with the treating doctor to keep a check on if at all any progression in symptoms and accordingly timely medical intervention can be done.
4) Remember it is not confirmed condition yet, however symptoms are suggestive of one.

Kindly followup with the reports and for further discussion.
Regards.
