Are Skin Rashes A Sign Of HIV Despite Negative HIV Test Results?

Question: I am 35 yrs old. One year back I have sex withLady unprotected. No I Have only rashes in my bodies. I checked HIV test 1month after, 2month after and
9 month after.the result is negative..kindly
Help me for this issue.

Your sex partner was not necessarily a HIV positive individual. Then there is no question of HIV transmission.
A non-reactive HIV test even 9 months after the exposure clearly ruled out HIV beyond any doubt.
So nothing to worry.
Your symptoms are not related to HIV infection.
