Question: Dear sir,

I am suffering from right sided facial and eye twitching since last 4 months. I am only 27 years old , So I want to know whether it is a hemifacial spasm or just a nerve weakness. I am also taking vitamin b treatment but it is giving no improvement.Please kindly suggest me.
