Brief Answer:
No,medications won't work if you continue smoking...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your query carefully and understood your concerns.

If you continue smoking, the positive effects of the medications in reversing atherosclerosis and improving your health condition will be neutralized by smoking.

I highly recommend to stop smoking in order to:
- ameliorate your actual health condition
- reverse atherosclerosis
- get a longer life spam
- avoid further complications or resistance to medications

All the best!
