Brief Answer:
Unlikely....

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Hernia is clinically defined as an abnormal protrussion through an abnormal opening in the wall containing the cavity. In simple terms abdominal hernia is a lump that protrudes through an opening in the abdominal wall. In the absence of such lumps, it isn't an abdominal hernia. Along with lumps, pain is the usual associated complaint and not loud stomach noise.

Loud stomach noise or a loud borborgymi is associated with indigestion. I will suggest you try a course of antacids and probiotics for a few days. Symptoms should resolve with it.

Hope this helps.
