Brief Answer:
He is on right medicines but probably has developed tardive dyskinesia

Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries

I can understand your concern. He is on Psyclo 100 (antipsychotic drug), Revocon (Tetrabenzine), Di-valproate, Linotril (Clonazepam). In my opinion he is on right medicines and in right doses for schizophrenia.

A lot of individuals while on antipsychotics drugs develop extrapyramidal symptoms (EPS) and the tremors and imbalance he is having are probably due to these EPS. He is on these drugs since long so most likely he has developed tardive dyskinesia due to the drugs.

Tetrabenzine has been advised to him to prevent these extra pyramidal side effects but as the symptoms are persisting even with this then in my opinion either the dose of the drug should be increased or should be replaced by some other drug like Trihexyphenidyl (THP) in 2-4 mg per day. Even if on changing the drugs symptoms persist then his antipsychotic medicines should be replaced by some other antipsychotic like Clozapine that is relatively safer in tardive dyskinesia and other EPS.

Please also mention the exact composition of Psyclo medicines. Though it is an antipsychotic drug but if you will provide me details of its salt name then I would help you with more certainty.

So just to sum up-

"He is under normal medicines for his conditions and has developed EPS which will decrease after giving him proper medicines like THP or changing the medicine to Clozapine which is relatively safe in tardive dyskinesia.

Thanks, Hope this helps you. Please don't hesitate to ask again for more doubts.
