Brief Answer:
due to nurochemical imbalance.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome here.
I understand your concerns.

Anxiety for no reason, in social situations and with certain foods is mostly due to neurochemical imbalance, serotonin being the common neurohormone.

Hair loss is the manifestation of anxiety.

I would recommend you to practice relaxation exercises like deep breathing and meditation.

Some psychological therapies like biofeedback and muscle relaxation with the help of psychologist will also be helpful.

Hope this helps.
Feel free to ask further.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
escitalopram/sertraline are prescription drugs.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again.
Sorry for the late respone.

Exercises release endorphins in the body which alleviate anxiety and depression.
Make exercise your routine. This might avoid the need of drugs.

Stress and hairloss are inter-linked. I would suggest you to consult your doctor to rule out a local skin lesions as cause of hairloss.

Escitalopram(prescription drug) is usually started in the dose of 10mg (sertraline in 50mg). The dose and duration of drug can be increased/decreased depending on response.

Kindly consult your doctor for appropriate doses for you and a valid prescription.

Hope this helps.
I wish you well.
Take care.
