Brief Answer:
Yes it should be investigated asap to find out the cause.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Yes, if I consider the measurements in international units your liver enzymes are grossly elevated.Grossly Elevated liver enzymes may indicate inflammation or damage to cells in the liver.Inflamed or injured liver cells leak higher than normal amounts of certain chemicals, including liver enzymes, into the bloodstream, which can result in elevated liver enzymes on blood tests. The most common cause is nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, which usually affect up to 30 percent of the population.
I would suggest you to go for a ultrasound upper abdomen to rule out any possible inflammation in liver.
Secondly serology like HIV, HBsAg and HCV should be done to rule out viral infection.
However a detailed ultrasound would make things much clear.
Follow up with reports.
Thank you!

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Rise in liver enzymes are due to your alcoholic intake.
Your cholestrol and bad fat non HDl are high.
These fats are depositing around your liver and causing it to look fat(hepatomegaly) and as fat is depositing we call it fatty liver.
Rx
Rosuvastatin 10 mg for 1 month
Cap sylimarin once for one month(liver rejenuvator)
Any anti oxidant for one month.

Diet
Whole grains are very beneficial to consume. These can be in the form of whole wheat bread or cereal, brown rice, whole grain pasta, grains such as whole oats, wild rice, rye, oatmeal and corn are also beneficial and can be taken if suits your food pattern.
-Fruits and vegetables should be a significant part of any diet to help in recovering from a liver disease. They are full of essential nutrients and are easy to digest.
-Healthy proteins in the form of low-fat milk and dairy products along with lean meats, beans, eggs and soy products can also be a part of a healthy liver diet.

Try to switch over to veg diet.
Follow up after a month.
