Brief Answer:
Not a genital wart.
Detailed Answer:
I looked at the pictures you sent and the lesions are definitely not genital warts. They are not warts at all. And they are not contagious. You will not catch anything from these.
Warts of any type have very irregular surfaces. The ones in the picture are too smooth to be warts. They do not have any warty features.
So you can rest assured that you are not going to catch something here.
I hope this information helps.

If its not wart than what is it ? Also I am attaching a closeup of another bump on his penis. Is this part a wart ?
Brief Answer:
Not a wart.
Detailed Answer:
The larger bump looks like it may be a sebaceous cyst. It has none of the appearances of a wart.
Here is a picture of a large sebaceous cyst:

Sebaceous cysts are benign and not in any way related to venereal diseases/STDs.
The smaller bumps are likely sebaceous cysts too - just smaller. Or they may be xanthomas - benign cysts that contain a fatty substance.
None of the pictures have anything that would be concerning in regard to STDs.
