Are Fever, Diarrhea, Bloating And Vomiting Signs Of Food Poisoning?

Question: I went out Wednesday nite to dinner. Thursday nite felt gaseous and bloated. Burped and had huge farts all night. Friday, started to carry fever, diarrhea, continued bloating. Saturday, vomitted. Trying to drink fluids, rest, and eat lite. Think it may have been food poisoning

Because you had fever in addition to the gaseous symptoms, you probably have a gastrointestinal infection. If you are not better, you can take 2000 mg of Tinidazole which takes care of most of such infection. If you are still symptomatic, it would be better to see a doctor and have yourself examined and investigated.
