Brief Answer:
need to know the cause of death of your family members.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome here.

I am really sorry to about all the deaths in your family.
Please accept my condolences.

Kindly let me know the nature of illness which caused deaths in your family.
This can only help in assessing the risk factors running in your family or your possibility of contracting any such illness in future.

However, this DOES NOT strictly suggest that you will contract any illness. But as we get to identify the risk factors, you can work on preventing those factors.

And, whatever your queries are, do not hesitate to ask any details you like to know. I will be more than happy if I could help you in any way.

Hope to hear from you soon.

Take care.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
diabetes, stroke and heart disease are hereditary.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again.

I am really sorry that your family members have suffered from such severe medical illneses.
I can understand how difficult situations you have faced in your life.

Honestly, diabetes, stroke and heart disease are transferred in families.

So, I have some suggestions for you:
1. Go for six-monthly blood sugar examination.
2. Practice relaxation exercises like deep breathing and meditation and yoga for physical and mental fitness. A 30 minute daily morning walk can be an alternative.
3. Keep regular monitoring of your blood pressure and weight.
4. Keep intake of fatty foods to minimum.
5. Drink plenty of water. Eat green vegetables and fruits. This will reduce oxidative stress of body.

Keep in touch with your doctor for regular physical examination.

If you have more queries, you are most welcome.

I wish you well.
Take care.
