Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

Based on the few data you provided the findings may be related also to:
- autoimmune colitis or
- viral colitis.

However, in order to give you an accurate answer I would like to give a look of your medical data. Can you upload the results for me so I would evaluate your results by my self?

I'm waiting for the requested data to be uploaded!
Wish you health!

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
I review all your reports of upper endoscopy and colonoscopy reports.
Your findings seems to be related with inflammation due to infectious colitis from viral or bacterial agents.
On the other hand IBD is one of the main causes of your symptoms and colonoscopy findings.

So the biopsy is the best diagnostic test at your case.

Biopsy will definitely rule out a chronic inflammation like IBD or will find pseudo membrane, viral inclusion or amoeba trophozoites in cases of acute infectious colitis.
Please can you upload the biopsy result so I can check it by myself.
Hope it was helpful!

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX

If the biopsy has ruled out IBD than the mos probable cause of your colonoscopy finding may be a viral infection that is self limited.
Otherwise it's your right to know the biopsy result.
In fact I need to know more about you current symptoms and why you have done colonoscopy and other tests?

Hope it was helpful to you!
