Brief Answer:

Bronchodilators and Immunomodulatory agents should be started

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

The chest symptoms in your case are directly related to lung Involvement in Rheumatoid arthritis and Sjogren syndrome.

It's advisable to consider baseline tests like an x ray chest and complete blood counts at this point.

Treatment with Immunomodulatory agents, inhalational steroids and bronchodilators should begin early.

Immunomodulatory agents should be considered on a long term for disease maintenance.

It's advisable to consult a pulmonologist and an Immunologist for expert advise

Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these medications and tests to you.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
