Brief Answer:
Vitamin C drops not indicated

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic
Greetings of the day

Dear Ms XXXXXXX

Vitamin C drops are not indicated for treatment of cough and cold in infant. If the baby is feeding well and Respiration is quite and normal then there is no cause for concern.

I would suggest you the following

1. Continue exclusive breastfeeding

2. Normal Saline Nasal drops : 3 to 4 drops in each nose 4 to 6 times a day. It will help relieve nasal block.

3. Normal Saline Nebulization : Using home Nebulizer normal saline Nebulization thrice a day will be helpful

4. Keep the baby warm

5. Paracetamol drops can be used if there is associated fever.

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take care

Brief Answer:
Continue exclusive breastfeeding

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ms XXXXXXX

You can definitely breastfeed the baby. Exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months of age.

Every baby has its own stools frequency. Some babies pass stool everyday and some babies pass stools every 2nd or 3 Rd day. If there is no associated excessive crying then there is no cause for concern. You can use Pediatric Dulcolax suppository inserted into rectum once.

For any assistance anytime do get back to me, will be there to guide you. So don't worry about lack of medical facilities.

Take care

Deepak
