Brief Answer:
Information

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

Lisinopril Internl LB stands for International Labs which is the manufacturer. I can't find a Lisinopril LEG. Most likely that is a different manufacurer. ( I am assuming LEG represents a manufacturer but am not entirely sure as I cannot find this anywhere.)

Different manufacturers have different binding and other additives in their medications, so you may be sensitive to whatever the new product has in it other than the lisinopril itself.

Since Lisinopril is not a brand name (an example of a brand name for it would be Zestril), the leg may be a generic and that may be why I am having a hard time finding it.

The other possibility, although you did not mention that your doctor changed your prescription, is that Lisinopril is sometimes combined with other blood pressure lowering medications, such as Lisinopril/HCTZ (hydrochlorothiazide). But this should not have happened unless your doctor told you he/she was prescribing you something different than you had in the past.

What I recommend is to talk with the pharmacist at the place you had your Lisinopril filled, and tell them the situation. They should be informed. And if they can't get you the Lisinopril made by International Labs, which agreed with you, consider calling around to other pharmacies to ask if they can get you this.

I hope this information helps. Please let me know if I can answer further.
