Brief Answer:
None of these 3 are anti-inflammatory.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

By anti-inflammatory, I believe they would be referring to NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti inflammatory drugs) which include aspirin, ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin), naproxen (Naprosyn), ketoralac (Toradol). Also steroidal antiinflammatories such as Prednisone, Decadron, Hyrdocortisone.

Levofloxacin is fluoroquinole antibiotic - not anti-inflammatory
Oxycodone is an opiate pain med - not anti-inflammatory
Docusate sodium is a laxative - not anti-inflammatory

So all of these are ok.

The reason they may not want you to have an anti-inflammatory medication in your system before surgery may be due to risk of increased bleeding.

I hope this information helps. Please let me know if I can provide further information or clarification.
