Are Folvite, Metital, Ecospirin, Duphastan And Ovipure Safe To Take Together At 5 Weeks Pregnancy?

Question: Hi Team, My wife(24 yrs old) is currently 5 weeks pregnant. After our first visit with gynacologist, below medicines were prescribed for 20 days. Folvite 5mg (after dinner) Metital (after breakfast and dinner) Ecospirin 75mg (After lunch) Duphastan 10mg(after breakfast and dinner) Support ( after lunch) Along with the above medication, doc has prescribed a weekly injection, ovipure 5000 IU 1m. I would like to take your opinion on the prescribed medications to make sure that none of these would have any harmful side effects on the baby. P.S. A PS scan was taken by the doctor before this and she mentioned that everything is normal.
