Brief Answer:
Febrile illness

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
You can continue with Di-Gesic (dextropropoxyphene and paracetamol) and cipmox 500 but you have to undergo investigations like CBC(complete blood count),routine urinalysis, peripheral smear for malaria parasite by tomorrow morning to know the cause of fever .Consult a doctor along with the investigations reports.
