Brief Answer:
Both the vaccines are the same

Detailed Answer:
Hello, greetings!

I am Dr. Sonia, I am a general physician but I can help you with your query as I have experience working in the department of nephrology.

I am unable to see the prescription you have attached, nevertheless, let me help you to the best of my knowledge.

Darbatitor 40 and Darcept (40mcg) both are synthetic forms of Darbepoetin alfa, which is a synthetic form of erythropoietin used to treat anemia in chronic renal failure patients. Thus, any of the above can be used.

Also, Engerix and Revac B are the same, both contain purified ans noninfectious hepatitis B virus surface antigen (HBsAg). They are used to prevent Hepatitis B. The only difference is that Revac-B contains thimerosal as a preservative which is antibacterial and antifungal. Both the vaccines are safe to use.

Hope I answered your query. If you have any further doubts, feel free to contact me or else close the question and rate the answer.
