Brief Answer:
It's safe

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

It is safe to use clindamycin and clotrimazole locally in the form of pessary or gel in the vagina.

It has no adverse effects on the fetus.

Moreover, it is necessary to treat vaginal infection timely by proper antibiotics as it can lead to preterm labor.

There is nothing to worry about using these pessaries.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
