After Eating Out A Day Last Week,during That Nite I
Question: After eating out a day last week,during that nite I woke up with really bad cramping and diarrhea that lasted a day or so.But now when I eat later on in will come on thru.Not runny but real soft and it looks a brownish mustard color.It floats to the top.

The symptoms you are describing are mostly suggestive of Chronic gastroenteritis if takes more then 2 week can be bacterial infection of the intestine.
Stool analysis and culture are required to confirm the diagnosis. Management is with antibiotics (usually a combination of Ciprofloxacin and Metronidazole) for which you will need a prescription.
Meanwhile, keep on drinking plenty of water and electrolyte containing drinks Gatorade. Follow soft diet. BRAT (Banana, Rice, Applesauce, and Toast) diet will be easier on your tummy.
You can also take isaphghul husk 10 mg thrice a day to add bulk and consistency to stool.
Take any probiotic daily like Econorm or VSL#3 twice daily for a week.It would help to replete the lost good bacterial and yeast Flora of gut.
Eat very light food.
Color of the stool has no significance in your case. Due to enteritis( inflammation) in intestine it does not absorb water properly and hence stools are mucoid or watery in nature.
Floating stool means presence of lots of gas again suggestive of infection in intestine.Bacteria ferments the rotten good hence producing gas.This gas won't let the stool sink in water.
Just follow the suggestion.
