If a person thinks that only supplements can make your body,then he is mistaken.
For proper health,body and mind,one needs regular exercises along with healthy eating and avoidance of substances of abuse like
smoking etc.
Your darkening of complexion is because of smoking.
Your tinier body is because of loss of muscle bulk due to lack of exercises.
Since you are a young person,your main requirement is good healthy food in form of fresh fruits,green vegetables,nuts,fish and chicken etc.
Avoid junk foods,colas,deep fried foods etc.
You must quit smoking at any cost as it is associated with various side effects and complications.
Along with good healthy food,you must start doing regular exercises for at least 45 minutes a day.
Regular exercises not only increase your appetite but also remove
lethargy and
depression.You feel euphoric after doing exercises because feel good hormones ( ENDORPHINS ) are released in body after exercises.
Along with good healthy food and exercises,take good proper sleep for 7-8 hours a day and take plenty of water.
Consumption of natural food is much better than consuming supplements.
Also get your levels of VIT D and VIT B 12 tested and if deficient,then go for their supplements.
