Brief Answer:
Bacterial enteritis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

The symptoms you are describing are mostly suggestive of Bacterial gastroenteritis which is the bacterial infection of the intestine.

Stool analysis and culture are required to confirm the diagnosis. Management is with antibioticsSo please be advised to follow up with the urgent care.

Meanwhile, drink plenty of water and electrolyte containing drinks like Gatorade. This will replace electrolyte balance and would help you with fatigue as a large number of electrolytes are lost in loose motions. Follow soft diet. BRAT (Banana, Rice, Applesauce, and Toast) diet will be easier on your tummy.

Have plenty of yogurts daily.

Hope this answers your query
